Green Pesto Pasta Salad! Try saying that in a hurry! This is so easy if you have leftover pasta & great to take for lunch. Takes around 15 minutes to make.
All you need:
- One can of Tuna (in water)
- 1/2 Red Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp of Green pesto
- Three Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 100g of Fusilli Pasta
- A few Cherry Tomatoes
- One Tsp of Olive Oil
Cook the pasta & leave to cool, (skip this step if you are using leftovers).
Combine the onion, sun-dried tomatoes, tuna & cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
Add the pasta and stir well!
Finally, drizzle with olive oil.
